Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory through field-based engagement with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff in Evansville, IN. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachability, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting healthcare providers.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale operations.
