Job summary

Nourish is hiring a Provider Partnerships Associate in Denton, TX. This field-based role focuses on building strong partnerships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals to Nourish.

You will spend most weeks in clinics, meeting doctors, medical staff, and administrators to grow referral volume and access to nutrition care. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or high-performance environments, excellent relationship-building skills, and a readiness to own and grow accounts over

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in healthcare or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Track record of hitting goals, being coachable, and self-driven.
• Comfort working independently in a field-based role and spending most time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in your local market.
• Spend most weeks in the field meeting with physicians, office staff, and healthcare admins.
• Build and nurture referral partnerships from ground up.
• Meet monthly referral goals and drive account growth over time.
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale Nourish operations.
