Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute REMS-related site activities and strengthen access readiness for REMS-compliant treatment delivery in the Phoenix area. This field-based role partners with Sales and Site of Care teams to address barriers and streamline patient access.

You will educate sites on coverage, prior authorizations, and affordability programs while maintaining compliant CRM documentation and cross-functional handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management in pharma/biotech or specialty care.
• Experience supporting access processes, specialty pharmacy programs, coverage and prior authorizations.
• Ability to enable patient progression by identifying barriers and resources.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities at sites.
• Strengthen site access readiness and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, and claims processes.
• Educate on case management and ensure compliant data handling.
• Coordinate access resolution and treatment logistics across partners.
