Responsibilities

• Support patient access and reimbursement for infused therapies.
• Educate providers and sites of care on coverage pathways.
• Assist with prior authorization and denial management.
• Navigate HIPAA requirements and ensure compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access barriers.
• Escalate complex issues to internal stakeholders.
