Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in patient services or related roles in biopharma.
• Experience with payer access, reimbursement processes, or field-based roles.
• Ability to educate patients and providers about access options and product use.
• Strong communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and office staff on payer access and insurance requirements.
• Assist patients in finding care sites and home dosing options.
• Navigate offices and staff to identify personnel supporting coverage needs.
• Provide information on affordability options including copay assistance and PAP.
• Offer non-medical education on what to expect when initiating therapy.
• Coordinate next appointments and treatment logistics with patients.
