Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Dyne Care Partner to educate patients and caregivers, coordinate reimbursement and access, and support healthcare providers across the treatment journey. This field-based role requires traveling within the territory and maintaining compliant, patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with HUB services, infusion centers, and cross-functional teams to remove access barriers and ensure continuity of care while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or a related healthcare field preferred.
• RN, Social Worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, case management, field education, specialty pharmacy, or care coordination.
• Experience supporting specialty, rare disease, or infused/provider-administered therapies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide education on disease state, therapy, and treatment expectations using approved materials.
• Coordinate support services and resources to assist patients and caregivers.
• Support reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, denials, and site-of-care requirements.
