Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field preferred.
• RN, Social Worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including patient services, reimbursement, case management or care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Provides education on disease state, therapy, and expectations using approved materials.
• Coordinates support services and resources to assist patients and caregivers.
• Builds trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Supports infusion center readiness and product handling requirements.
