Nurture Care in Northern Virginia seeks an energetic Business Development Manager to grow our referral network and strengthen trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and physician groups. This field-based role focuses on meeting partners, developing new business, and guiding families to the right home care solutions.

Base salary is $80,000 with uncapped monthly growth commission; earnings potential exceeds $100K+.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, networking, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Business development or sales in healthcare/home-care is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral partners such as hospitals, rehab centers, and physician groups.
• Cultivate relationships through on-site visits, events, and presentations.
• Educate and position solutions to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Collaborate with marketing to create brochures and digital content for prospects.
• Track market intel and referral conversion; share insights with leadership.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Partner with care coordination for smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
• Log all touchpoints in CRM for team alignment.
• Hit monthly referral, revenue, and growth targets.
