Job summary

GSK is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to own a defined US territory and build trusted partnerships with oncology care teams. You will develop and execute territory business plans to improve patient access and drive measurable results, collaborating with medical affairs, market access and commercial operations.

This role emphasizes patient-centered outcomes, cross-functional teamwork and field-based execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive within the assigned territory; relocation not provided.
• Residence within the assigned territory; travel up to 30–50% depending on territory needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts in your territory.
• Create and execute territory business plans that align with broader commercial goals.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and priorities.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
• Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs.
