Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support our oncology portfolio and advance scientific relationships with key healthcare professionals. The MSL will operate across assigned territories, delivering disease-state and product-related education in a compliant, non-promotional manner.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science or medicine (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD, DO, DNP, MPAS).
• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in oncology.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in oncology.
• Foster balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology disease states and data.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and support medical education initiatives.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and other field-based Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific information requests in a fair, balanced, compliant manner.
• Maintain timely documentation and travel planning while ensuring compliance.
