Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, insights, and analytics to optimize execution.
• Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities within the territory.
