NFIB seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow small business membership through in-person, local-market outreach. You will be out in the field—meeting owners, presenting a proven membership plan, and closing deals with a strategic, relationship-driven approach.

The role offers uncapped commission, reimbursement for mileage, full benefits, and a structured training program to ensure success in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointments).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver the 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB's protection of rights in DC and state capitals.
