Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) to support surgeons and healthcare providers with innovative solutions in trauma and reconstruction. You will oversee a designated territory, conduct in-situ education, and drive growth through consultative selling and exceptional service.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices, or 5 years in related B2B roles, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with high-performance background.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory for CMF products.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in OR, clinic, and office settings.
• Demonstrate clinical and economic value during customer presentations and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement.
• Track territory activities, opportunities, and reporting in approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to plan territory growth and visits.
• Provide product education and technical support before, during, and after procedures.
• Participate in after-hours coverage as needed to support cases.
