Job summary

Stryker Corporation's Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division is seeking a Field-based Associate Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals and advance patient care through innovative technologies. You will collaborate with experienced Sales Representatives to support accounts, assist in clinical procedures, and help grow your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Experience in outside sales and customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and account management.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations and clinical procedures.
• Provide product education to surgeons and healthcare staff.
• Manage inventory levels and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales activities and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities.
• Participate in product training to apply clinical knowledge.
