Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) in a shared quota territory. You will support surgeons and healthcare providers with CMF solutions used in trauma, reconstruction, and craniofacial procedures.

You will manage a designated territory, conduct product evaluations in OR and clinic settings, and demonstrate the value of products through presentations and training. The role involves after-hours coverage and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment and interest in a sales career.
• Or minimum 5 years of outside sales/territory-based selling with a history of meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting CMF products to healthcare providers and accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in OR, clinical, and office-based environments.
• Demonstrate clinical and economic value of products through presentations, evaluations, and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Track territory performance, sales activities, and opportunities using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product education and technical support before, during, and after procedures.
• Support planned and emergent cases, including after-hours coverage as required.
