Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support the Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) portfolio. In this field-based role, you will partner with experienced sales reps to assist with customer accounts, support clinical procedures, and drive territory growth.

You will interact with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff, manage product availability, and participate in product training to apply clinical knowledge in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
