Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for the Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) portfolio. This field-based role involves managing a territory, supporting surgeons and healthcare providers, and driving growth through consultative selling and exceptional service.

The position requires building relationships, conducting product demonstrations in OR/clinical settings, and occasional after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and either 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare or 5 years of outside/territory-based selling with proven performance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting and selling craniomaxillofacial products to healthcare providers and customer accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in operating room, clinical, and office-based environments.
• Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of products during customer presentations, evaluations, and in-service training.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Track territory performance, sales activities, customer interactions, and account opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide product education and technical support to customers before, during, and after procedures.
• Support planned and emergent cases, including participating in shared after-hours coverage.
