Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Craniomaxillofacial Sales Representative in the United States. You will work with a sales team to cover cases, evaluate products in surgical and office settings, and drive territory growth.

Expect to build strong physician relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and train customers while meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will travel up to 30% and operate in a field-based capacity, with remote work options allowed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales or a bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred 2+ years in Medical Device or B2B sales.
• Experience working in the Operating Room.
• Proven sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings.
• Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers.
• Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.
• Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences.
• Promote and sell Stryker products.
• Track territory progress and communicate effectively with your Regional Sales Manager.
• Persuasively demonstrate the value of our products.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
