Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Craniomaxillofacial to manage a territory, engage surgeons and healthcare providers, and drive growth through consultative selling. The role requires delivering product education, coordinating with OR teams, and supporting cases with after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree with customer-facing/leadership or high-performance background and interest in sales.
• Minimum 5 years in outside/B2B/territory sales with proven performance.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical settings; travel in territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting craniomaxillofacial products.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in OR, clinic, and office environments.
• Demonstrate clinical and economic value during customer presentations and training.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams and key decision-makers.
• Track territory performance and customer interactions using approved sales tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product education and technical support before, during and after procedures.
• Support planned and emergent cases, including after-hours coverage as required by territory.
