Mesoblast Limited is seeking a high-impact field-based professional to cover North Central markets (MN, WI, IL, NE, KS) with Chicago as the focal base, supporting Ryoncil in transplant centers. You will engage with BMT/HSCT teams to navigate access, reimbursement, and program coordination across major centers.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales, business development or account management within complex markets.
• Experience in bone marrow transplant, hematology, oncology, or rare disease therapies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to engage senior clinical stakeholders within transplant or academic center settings.
• Strong clinical/scientific understanding to engage transplant teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic engagement within BMT and stem cell transplant centers across the North Central territory.
• Partner with BMT/HSCT physicians, program directors, and transplant care teams to support access.
• Deliver credible, compliant account and access discussions with Medical Affairs as needed.
• Navigate institutional pathways including reimbursement, product handling, and transplant care coordination.
• Build deep, trusted relationships across clinical and operational transplant stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on account strategy and optimize access.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive territory performance.
• Execute against strategic plans and deliver high-performance outcomes.
