Job summary

Lennox International, a global HVAC leader, is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to cover the Mountain/Southwest region for Duro Dyne products. This field-based role requires building strong distributor and contractor relationships, demonstrating equipment in shops and at sites, and driving growth across multiple states.

The role offers a defined territory, company car and fuel card, hands-on training through the Duro Dyne Institute, and a compensation package with base salary plus commission,

Qualifications

• Experience as a regional or territory sales manager.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage a large multi-state territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Promote Duro Dyne HVAC products to distributors and contractors.
• Develop and grow sales with HVAC distributors and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities across the territory.
• Sell through distribution and provide product training.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and training in shops and on-site.
• Travel to cover the territory and maintain CRM records.
