Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Strong abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and time management.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing and selling products or services; includes marketing strategy, product demos, sales control systems.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new sales opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Guide customers in product and service selection based on needs, specs, and compliance.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong post-sales relationships and drive repeat business.
• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account and territory plans to hit sales targets.
• Take ownership of your territory including market share growth and strategic development.
