Job summary

Lennox International, a global HVAC leader, is seeking a Territory Manager for the Duro Dyne line. You will drive growth by expanding HVAC distribution, cultivating relationships with contractors and distributors, and delivering product training.

This field-based role covers a multi-state territory, requires travel about 70 percent, and offers a competitive compensation package with base salary plus commission, a company car, and training from the Duro Dyne Technical Institute.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in regional or territory sales management or similar field-based outside sales.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills to grow and defend a multi-state book of business.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large territory independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM; comfortable with travel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote the full line of HVAC products through distributor meetings, job sites, and virtual meetings.
• Grow existing HVAC business through share-of-wallet gains and new accounts.
• Provide product training to distributors via DDTI and field sessions.
• Maintain direct communication with each account and share sales data regularly.
• Log calls in the CRM, maintain territory contact list, and inform cross-functional teams.
• Travel approximately 70 percent to cover the territory and support customers.
