Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager in the Chicago, IL area to expand the service portfolio with strategic accounts. You will manage pipeline, propose service agreements, repairs, and modernization projects while aligning Carrier solutions with client goals to improve uptime and lifecycle value.

The role emphasizes field-based account growth, consultative selling, and strong collaboration with local teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or equivalent account management experience in HVAC/building systems.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely on rooftops and mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Manage pipeline and CRM to hit annual targets.
• Present at customer seminars and negotiate service renewals.
• Sell the full Carrier Service portfolio including service agreements, repairs, and modernizations.
• Establish and maintain account plans and Trusted Advisor relationships with customers.
