Job summary

Millennium Health seeks a field-based Customer Support Representative to support existing customers and prospect for new opportunities in the territory. This role requires daily travel and onsite work with Millennium Health customers, delivering training to clinical staff and addressing billing and sample issues while collaborating with internal teams to enhance relationships.

Healthcare sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from a four-year university.
• 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued sales success.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Strong cold calling and closing skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and comfort using road tech.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel overnight.
• Commitment to HIPAA, confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
• Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver on-site training with customers.
• Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
• Develop working relationships with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance relationships.
