Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a Route-Based Construction Coordinator in Wardensville, WV, to manage daily fiber-route assignments and monitor field conditions. You'll be the on-the-ground eyes for our clients, driving routes, and ensuring issues are detected before they escalate.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, reliability, and strong communication with clients, contractors, and homeowners. A valid driver's license, vehicle, and comfort with field duties are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to review tickets, maps, and prints with accuracy.
• Comfort working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience with fiber networks or utility field work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with daily windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for potential risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets to stay ahead of digging and construction.
• Log changes in infrastructure and report on field work quality.
