Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to serve as the field eyes and ears for clients' fiber networks. You will manage an assigned route, stay alert to surroundings, and prevent small issues from becoming big ones.

The role emphasizes driving, field problem-solving, and independent work outdoors. Compensation includes hourly pay with potential annual bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with outdoor conditions and driving long distances.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes and identify risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps and prints to anticipate digging activity.
• Log changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route and escalate as needed.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence of work under the SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors and homeowners.
