Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to oversee field operations on fiber networks. You will plan routes, drive daily, monitor routes for risks, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and homeowners to prevent outages.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. You will report findings, support outage responses, and ensure quality under the project scope.

Qualifications

• : Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance meeting state requirements.
• : Dependability and punctuality in field assignments.
• : Comfort with outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• : Physical ability to walk, bend, sit, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• : Strong written and verbal communication; ability to adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• : Receive daily assignments and plan route.
• : Drive assigned fiber route with significant windshield time.
• : Monitor existing fiber routes; watch for risks.
• : Review 811 tickets, maps, and prints to anticipate excavation activity.
• : Provide first-level issue mitigation and report changes along the route.
• : Respond to outages and verify work quality with the field team.
