Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong attention to detail while reviewing tickets and maps.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive assigned fiber route daily.
• Monitor routes for any risks to the line.
• Reference 811 locate tickets and maps to avoid conflicts.
• Provide first-level issue mitigation and escalate as needed.
• Log changes in infrastructure and report quality of work.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
