Project Resources Group, Inc. in Bowman, GA is seeking a Route-Based Construction Coordinator to oversee fiber routes on the ground. You’ll drive daily, monitor routes, review tickets and maps, and flag issues before they escalate, working with clients, homeowners, and contractors in the field.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle suitable for representing the company, with adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions; physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned fiber route on a recurring basis with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes, watching for risks to the line.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging/construction activity.
• Log and escalate changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence of work within scope of work.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors and homeowners.
