Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to be the eyes and ears on the ground for fiber networks. You will manage daily routes, drive extensively, and identify issues before they escalate, working outdoors and in varied weather conditions.

The role emphasizes field problem-solving, independent work, and clear communication with clients and crews. Compensation reflects experience, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license and have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan routes.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes to detect risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Log changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence to SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
