Job summary

Philips Canada is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Imaging Implementations in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead end-to-end deployments of enterprise imaging solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals, budgets, schedules, and quality standards in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management, Professional Services, Healthcare IT Implementations, Service Delivery, or related field
• Experience with Enterprise Imaging/PACS, VNA, RIS, EMR/EHR, cloud healthcare platforms or healthcare implementation leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, Engineering, Healthcare Administration

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation program delivery, ensuring alignment with customer goals, contractual commitments, and business objectives.
• Serve as primary leadership contact for a large Canadian healthcare customer, building trusted executive relationships.
• Establish and lead program governance, including steering committees, risk management, escalation frameworks, and cross-functional forums.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and others.
• Drive operational excellence through resource planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
