Responsabilidades

• Lead a complex medical device platform program spanning hardware, electronics, software, and regulatory readiness.
• Own end-to-end program plan across phased releases and readiness gates.
• Coordinate globally distributed cross-functional teams and external partners to align priorities and decisions.
• Partner with internal and external manufacturing resources to prepare product configurations for release and scale-up.
• Lead formal reviews with clear communication and timely escalation of issues threatening cost, quality, or timing.
• Improve coordination and transparency across functions while preserving development discipline.
