Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness, timely adjustments, and a seamless patient experience. You will set up Stryker towers and other devices, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with OR staff to maintain high service reliability.

The role requires 0+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• CRCST certification must be obtained within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for full readiness before procedures.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot routine and complex equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain high reliability.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams to ensure smooth operations and documentation.
