Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness and smooth information flow during procedures. You will anticipate device needs, adjust equipment, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

Role requires Sterile Processing experience, CRCST certification within 6 months, and ability to travel for coverage across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, supporting sterile workflow operations, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles;renewed annually).

Responsabilités

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure everything is available, functional, and ready before each procedure, achieving full equipment readiness.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing timely equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR personnel, biomedical staff, and other clinical partners to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain documentation of procedure information, equipment usage, and monthly performance metrics.
• Stay current through ongoing training and education on Stryker equipment and technologies.
• Follow safety, facility, and privacy standards including patient confidentiality.
