Job summary

Stryker is hiring an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and ensure equipment, processes, and information flow for exceptional patient care. You will prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables, anticipate device needs during procedures, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams, maintaining thorough documentation and staying current with Stryker technologies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• CRCST certification is required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for full readiness before each procedure.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, biomedical, and other clinical partners to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain documentation of equipment usage and monthly performance metrics for compliance and continuity.
• Stay current through ongoing training on Stryker equipment and educate staff on product use.
