Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Endoscopy Specialist to support surgical teams in the field, ensuring equipment readiness and smooth procedures. You will anticipate device needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong relationships with OR staff.

The role requires 0+ years of related work experience with a preference for 1+ year in clinical support or sterile workflow. Travel and on-call work are required, with flexibility for remote and field-based coverage.

Competenze

• HS diploma or equivalent required with healthcare or OR exposure preferred.
• 0+ years of related work experience, with 1+ year in customer service/clinical support.
• Must be able to work rotating on-call, overnight and weekend shifts and travel as needed.
• CRCST/HSPA certification required within 6 months for sterile roles; renew annually.

Mansioni

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for every procedure.
• Support OR teams by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment intraoperatively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams for service excellence.
• Document equipment usage, performance metrics, and account updates accurately.
• Stay current on Stryker equipment and educate staff on product use.
• Follow safety, privacy, and facility standards; maintain professional appearance.
