Job summary

Stryker Endoscopy OnSite Specialist is field-based and supports surgical teams by ensuring instrument readiness, managing equipment, and enabling a smooth surgical flow. You will collaborate with OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams while maintaining documentation and staying current on Stryker technologies.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, providing timely adjustments, and traveling as needed to support multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to work rotating schedules including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment.
• Troubleshoot routine and complex equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR personnel, SPD, biomedical staff and other partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation on equipment usage and performance metrics.
• Stay current through ongoing training on Stryker equipment and newer technologies.
• Follow safety, facility, and privacy standards, maintaining professionalism.
• Provide flexible coverage including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts; travel as needed.
