Job summary

MiniMed in the United States, serving Charleston and Huntington, WV, seeks an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth for diabetes products. The role is field-based with five days in the territory and requires promoting, selling, and supporting our offerings.

The position collaborates with Clinical Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and CGM. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Field sales experience in medical devices or pharma is highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Develop quarterly sales and market plans to meet targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on diabetes management.
• Provide product and therapy technical support during in-services and seminars.
• Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and returns; coordinate daily customer support.
• Record engagements in Salesforce and complete reports.
• Communicate feedback to R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
