Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Diabetes portfolio within the Arlington, VA region. This field-based role covers surrounding areas, requiring in-person visits five days a week to promote and service products.

You will collaborate with Clinical Educators and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders about intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring, delivering technical support and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience.
• Field sales experience preferred.
• Prior medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce is expected.
• Previous sales awards (e.g., President’s Club) are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders.
• Provide product/therapy technical support at staff in-services, physician seminars, and community groups.
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and buyers.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, returns, and daily customer support activities.
• Capture engagements via Salesforce and complete administrative reporting.
• Conduct market research and communicate feedback to R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
