Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth for diabetes products in Denver North. This field-based role requires in-person engagement with physicians, patients, and referral sources and reports to the District Manager.

You will be in the field five days a week, managing territory expenses, inventory, and daily customer support. You will implement quarterly sales plans, collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and diabetes educators, and provide product and therapy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in field-based roles.
• Experience with medical devices or B2B/pharma sales is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and educators to inform stakeholders about diabetes management and CGM.
• Provide product and therapy support at staff in-services, physician seminars, and community events.
• Capture engagements in Salesforce and manage territory expenses, inventory and returns.
