Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth across the Arlington, VA region, covering Arlington, Herndon, Manassas, Washington, Bethesda and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires daily travel and in-person engagement with physicians, patients, and referral sources.

You will plan quarterly sales strategies, educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and CGM, manage territory expenses, and report in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Field sales experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets, adapting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on diabetes management and CGM.
• Provide product and therapy technical support to patients, including staff in-services, physician seminars, and community organizations.
