Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years' prior sales experience.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Field sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to reach targets.
• Educate stakeholders on diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring.
• Provide product and therapy support to patients at staff in-services, physician seminars, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and non-clinical buyers.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns; coordinate daily customer support activities.
• Capture engagements via Salesforce and complete administrative reporting.
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors; communicate feedback to internal teams.
