MiniMed is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth for diabetes products in the Charleston, WV region. The role is field-based, covering Charleston and Huntington and surrounding areas, with in-person sales calls and ongoing educational activities.

The candidate will promote, sell, and support products to physicians, patients, and referral sources, collaborating with Clinical Educators and cross-functional teams to advance intensive diabetes management and CGM adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device, B2B, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on diabetes management and CGM.
• Provide product and therapy technical support through staff in-services and seminars.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns; coordinate daily customer support.
