Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive patient-centric initiatives for diabetes care in the assigned Washington territory. You’ll build partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators while delivering growth and ensuring products remain a standard of care.

You’ll lead strategic planning, optimize field activities, and manage onboarding with collaborative teams to maximize patient impact and market share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or life sciences.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associate degree minimum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory business strategy to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with partners to create routing and engagement plans.
• Own patient onboarding and coordinate with teammates.
