TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a Territory Manager in Yakima, WA to advance diabetes care by partnering with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators. You will drive territory strategy, manage client relationships, and lead customer engagement to expand market share.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure products remain the standard of care while delivering value to providers and patients in your region.

Formación

• 5+ years sales experience in B2B or life science industries (healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or diabetes).
• Associate degree required; valid driver’s license.
• Experience in diabetes or healthcare sales is preferred.

• Develop and lead territory business strategy to achieve and exceed goals.
• Collaborate with partners to create efficient routing and a seamless customer engagement process.
• Own patient onboarding process or coordinate with teammates to ensure successful onboarding.
