Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a Territory Manager to lead diabetes-focused sales in the Pasco, WA area. You will build strategic plans, engage endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators, and translate insights into actions that protect the product's standard of care while growing market share.

You will own the patient onboarding process, collaborate across teams, and drive customer engagement with compliant, data-driven field activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience and demonstrated success in B2B or a life science industry (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy and exceed goals.
• Co-create routing strategies and coordinate engaging customer journeys.
• Own patient onboarding process in coordination with teammates.
• Own sales targets and drive market share growth in the territory.
• Execute field sales initiatives aligned with company standards and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on onboarding and training.
• Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Leverage data to guide territory decisions and maintain Salesforce records.
