The ideal candidate will have a corrugated packaging background, an established book of business, and the ability to work independently. Base salary is $100,000 with total compensation around $250,000 including commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong corrugated packaging experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client's packaging solutions business professionally across the Ohio packaging marketplace.
• Prospect for and win new business for a corrugated manufacturing plant.
• Profitably grow existing customer accounts.
• Develop and implement Key Account Plans aligned with each customer's needs.
• Manage customer relationships and the sales pipeline in a CRM system such as Salesforce.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
