Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in corrugated or related packaging.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and expand territory.
• Strong prospecting, territory management, and relationships.
• Experience selling customized or consultative solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of independent field work.
• Track record of winning new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development throughout the assigned territory.
• Identify, target, and secure new customers through prospecting, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on revenue generation and market expansion.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing, industrial, food & beverage, and other target markets.
• Conduct customer visits to understand packaging requirements, operational challenges, and supply chain needs.
• Collaborate with packaging design, customer service, estimating, and operations teams to develop customized corrugated solutions.
• Present proposals, pricing strategies, and value-added recommendations to customers.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to convert business from existing suppliers.
