Pape’ Machinery is seeking a Compact Construction Equipment Sales Specialist in the Sacramento area. In this field-facing role, you will visit customers and jobsites, demonstrate equipment, and tailor solutions to contractors and property maintenance professionals.

You will collaborate with product support and rental teams to ensure a superior customer experience. You will build long-term relationships, develop new opportunities, and drive growth with premier equipment manufacturers behind you,

Formación

• Knowledge of compact construction equipment and commercial worksite products preferred.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, property maintenance, equipment, or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment applications, attachments, and financing options preferred.
• Excellent customer relations, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record. Class A CDL preferred.
• Experience driving a vehicle with a trailer preferred.
• Experience operating or working around compact construction equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, and commercial customers across the territory.
• Travel in a company-provided sales vehicle to visit customers and jobsites.
• Demonstrate equipment and identify the right solutions for each application.
• Develop new business and support existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal product support and rental teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
